The role partners with multiple business units to gather data, analyze trends, and document findings.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting, Health Administration, Business Administration, Statistics, or related analytical field.
• 3+ years of related experience with a focus on risk management, data analysis, data modeling, relational databases, or project management.

• Identify, assess, monitor, and report ERM risks across the enterprise.
• Support sustainability and ESG initiatives and reporting.
• Gather, analyze, and document ERM and sustainability data with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop risk metrics, trends analyses, and actionable improvement plans.
