Job summary

Centene Corporation is seeking an ERM Analyst to identify, assess, monitor, and report complex risks across Centene and subsidiaries. You will support sustainability and ESG initiatives, analyze data, and help integrate ERM insights into business processes.

The role partners with multiple business units, performs statistical analyses, and supports risk program implementations. A bachelor’s degree in a related analytical field is required, with CRCMP/CRMP/GRCP certifications valued.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of risk management and data analysis experience.
• Experience on large projects involving risk, business, or financial analysis.
• Cross-functional business analysis experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, monitor and report enterprise risks.
• Analyze ERM data to identify trends and material enterprise-wide risk issues.
• Maintain repository of ERM and sustainability metrics and generate reports.
• Provide input and support risk program implementations, management, and governance.
