Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent years of experience in a related field.
• 5 years of experience in legal, compliance, risk management or related function.
• 2 years supporting ERM activities including risk assessments and reporting.
• 1 year coordinating cross-functional risk initiatives and deliverables.
• Experience developing executive-level reports, dashboards, or briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Support the ERM program execution and risk governance activities across the enterprise.
• Coordinate enterprise and business-unit risk assessments with risk owners and stakeholders.
• Maintain the enterprise risk register and risk information in the GRC platform.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards and risk reporting for leadership and governance committees.
• Analyze risk trends and emerging risks to support risk-informed decision making.
• Create presentations and training materials for stakeholder communication and governance.
• Track mitigation plans and action items, escalating issues as needed.
• Collaborate with business units to improve data quality and reporting.
• Support ongoing enhancement of ERM methodologies and capabilities.
• Monitor external regulatory developments and other risks affecting the organization.
