Qualifications

• 10+ years in (re)insurance, actuarial, risk management, or related analytical disciplines with quantitative analysis.
• Knowledge of actuarial and statistical models and their practical applications in insurance.
• Ability to learn new subjects through self-learning and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead capital modeling, risk analytics, stress testing, and scenario analyses to inform decisions.
• Oversee risk governance, ORSA, risk strategy, and risk reporting with business leaders.
• Develop and validate internal economic capital models, including emerging risks like cyber and climate.
• Translate quantitative concepts into actionable insights for strategic planning.
