Qualifications

• 5+ years of employee benefits, executive compensation, or ERISA experience at a sophisticated law firm.
• Experience advising on health & welfare benefit plans and related compliance matters.
• Strong knowledge of HIPAA, COBRA, ACA and related compliance.

Responsibilities

• Counsel employers and plan sponsors on ERISA compliance and benefits administration.
• Draft and review plan documents, SPDs, and related communications.
• Support benefits aspects of corporate transactions including M&A.
