Scorpion Therapeutics seeks a Senior Ergonomics Specialist to lead a comprehensive ergonomics program across manufacturing and research sites in the biopharma sector.

You will conduct ergonomic risk assessments using Humantech and NIOSH, develop risk-reduction projects, and provide technical training while collaborating with engineering and scientific teams to embed ergonomic principles into design. Occasional travel and hybrid work are expected.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in ergonomics, occupational health, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience managing workplace ergonomics in industrial settings.
• Proficiency with ergonomic assessment tools and OSHA regulations.
• Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
• Certifications such as CPE, CSP, ARM, OHST, CIH are preferred.
• Experience with injury case management and return-to-work programs.
