What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver advanced service in ergonomics, including risk evaluation, management consulting, and training
- Serve as a technical resource for field Risk Engineers and mentor Risk Engineering consultants
- Collaborate with Account Engineers to consult on ergonomic risk control strategies
- Develop professional reports and correspondence to document findings and recommendations
- Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and emerging issues in ergonomics
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree and 6 or more years of experience in ergonomics applications, or
- High School Diploma or Equivalent with 8 or more years of experience in ergonomics applications, or
- Zurich Certified Apprentice with an Associate's degree and 6 or more years of experience in ergonomics applications
- Experience working in a team environment
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Kaizen to facilitate events
- Strong public speaking skills for client training and representation at conferences
- Ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, and deadlines
- Certified Professional Ergonomist (CPE) designation
- Working understanding of Commercial Lines insurance coverage and products
