Tributary Capital Management, based in Omaha, Nebraska, seeks an Analyst II to join our Small Cap and Small/Mid Cap investment team. You will identify and propose new ideas and cover holdings across assigned sectors.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of equity research experience (8+ preferred), CFA designation or equivalent, and strong communication skills for portfolio discussions and research insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• CFA designation or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of equity research & analysis experience, 8+ preferred.
• Ability to make investment recommendations within a value-oriented process.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Team oriented with collaborative work style.
• On-site position in Omaha, NE with no remote option.

Responsabilités

• Develop new investment ideas for Small and Small/Mid Cap strategies.
• Provide advanced insight through company research and valuation for PMs.
• Offer buy/sell recommendations on assigned stocks/sectors.
• Cover stocks and economic sectors and communicate updates to the team.
