Job summary

Bio-Rad Laboratories in Hercules, CA seeks an experienced Senior Stock Administrator to join the Finance team and manage Bio-Rad's global equity compensation program end to end. This role will partner across Finance, Legal, HR, and external vendors to ensure accurate processing, reporting, and disclosures of employee stock transactions.

You will administer stock options, RSUs, ESPP, and provide excellent service to plan participants, including annual statements and filings, and SEC compliance

Qualifications

• CEP certification required; public company experience preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of global equity administration experience.
• Experience with EEO and equity accounting is required.

Responsibilities

• Administer equity programs (Stock Options, RSUs, ESPP) end to end.
• Provide excellent service to equity plan participants and educate employees.
• Support annual proxy preparation with Legal and equity data.
• Prepare annual employee equity statements and employer filings.
• Reconcile monthly/quarterly/annual data between EEO, payroll, GL, and transfer agents.
• Record stock-based compensation entries and assist SBC forecasting.
• Support financial statement footnotes and disclosures.
