Qualifications

• Significant experience in equity research or portfolio management.
• Strong understanding of institutional indexing and risk management.
• Advanced Excel with financial modeling.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Willingness to own responsibilities and collaborate with senior professionals.
• Interest in building a long-term career within a growing investment firm.
• FINRA Series 7, 65, and/or 66 registrations are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage customized equity portfolios and index-based strategies.
• Monitor portfolios relative to benchmarks, evaluating performance, risk, and exposures.
• Execute portfolio rebalancing, trading, and allocation adjustments.
• Evaluate portfolio construction methods and risk controls.
• Support tax-efficient strategies, including tax-loss harvesting and gains management.
• Analyze benchmark composition and corporate actions and their impact on positioning.
• Prepare research reports and investment recommendations for senior management.
• Develop Excel models and portfolio reporting tools for clients.
