The role emphasizes flexible problem solving, working indoors/outdoors as needed, and a path toward service or operations management within a growing national company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade school or equivalent training desired.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment or specialty lines strongly preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of hydraulic systems and troubleshooting skills.
• Advanced knowledge of electrical systems and troubleshooting skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance on equipment and diagnose complex issues.
• Repair and service a variety of makes and models, including aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC systems, and generators.
• Operate safely and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Provide quality workmanship to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
