Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals seeks a Technician who will perform preventive maintenance, advanced diagnostics and complex repairs on a varied equipment fleet. You’ll join a safety-first team and help ensure reliable operations across aerial work platforms, pumps, HVAC systems and generators.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of similar diesel/heavy equipment experience; on-the-job training and strong troubleshooting ability are important.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; trade-school training desired.
• 5+ years of technician experience with diesel/heavy equipment or similar gear preferred.
• Proficient troubleshooting of hydraulic and electrical systems; ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics and repairs on equipment.
• Work with a safety-focused team to minimize downtime.
• Operate across a fleet including Aerial Work Platforms, pumps, HVAC and generators.
