Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to be the frontline contact for customers, helping them select and rent construction and industrial equipment. You will negotiate orders and support dispatch logistics while delivering excellent service.

Required are a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and 3+ years in equipment rental or a related 4-year degree with 1 year of rental experience. Bilingual skills may be preferred in some locations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• 3+ years equipment rental experience or 4-year degree + 1 year rental experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• DOT qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual ability may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with equipment rental needs.
• Serve as front-line contact and negotiate/place orders.
• Understand customer equipment needs and provide solutions.
• Support logistics of dispatch and training team members.
