This role is front line with a focus on customer satisfaction and professional service.

Qualified candidates typically have a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and familiarity with tools & equipment; bilingual abilities are a plus in some

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools & equipment.
• Previous equipment rental industry experience helpful.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rental needs and orders.
• Negotiate and place orders for construction/industrial equipment.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
• Maintain strong administrative records and processes.
• Support the DOT Qualification process as needed.
