Job summary

Sunbelt Rentals, Inc. is hiring a Sr. Inside Sales Representative to act as the front line with customers, handling rentals and orders for construction equipment. You will negotiate, process orders, and deliver high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, and relevant rental industry experience or equivalent education. Expect active involvement in dispatch support and team training as needed.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver’s license required.
• At least 3 years of equipment rental industry experience or 4 year degree + 1 year equipment rental industry preferred.
• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of construction/industrial equipment.
• Negotiate and place orders; front line of contact with customers.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude.
• Assist with dispatch logistics and training other team members.
