Qualifications

• Strong customer service & telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process preferred.
• Bilingual (Spanish or other) may be preferred in some locations.

Responsibilities

• Assist telephone and walk-in customers with rental equipment needs and orders.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate and place orders.
• Provide strong administrative support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Support dispatch logistics and train team members as needed.
