ReaderLink is seeking an Equipment Operator Level 3 to safely operate cherry picker/order picker equipment and perform inventory replenishment for outbound fulfillment. You will execute WMS transactions, verify quantities, and transport stock to active pick zones in a fast-paced warehouse.

The role requires 1–2 years of PIT operation experience, basic computer/WMS skills, and the ability to meet productivity and safety standards while maintaining accuracy.

Competenze

• 1-2 years of experience operating powered industrial trucks in a warehouse/manufacturing setting.
• Must pass ReaderLink PIT Safety & Certification training and recertify every three years.
• Basic computer skills with WMS, RF and scanning experience.

Mansioni

• Safely operate cherry picker/order picker and other powered equipment.
• Retrieve product from bulk storage per replenishment priorities.
• Perform case moves onto lift-platform pallets and other handling equipment.
• Complete WMS transactions to document and validate movements.
• Verify product identity, quantity, location, and transaction accuracy.
• Transport inventory to order fulfillment racking and pick zones.
• Stock and replenish active picking locations to ensure availability.
• Meet productivity and safety standards while responding to priorities.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or equipment issues.
• Maintain safe, organized work areas and follow SOPs.
