Job summary

Stark Pharma Solutions Inc. in Michigan seeks a Technician with experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing to support equipment operation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and production activities within a regulated environment.

You will operate and monitor manufacturing equipment, perform routine checks, support production, and maintain records while following GMP, SOPs, and safety procedures; collaboration with Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing is essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, technical degree, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ year of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, medical device, or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience operating or supporting manufacturing equipment.
• Basic knowledge of GMP and manufacturing procedures.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs and technical instructions.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to established procedures.
• Perform routine equipment checks, troubleshooting, and basic maintenance activities.
• Support production, assembly, and manufacturing operations.
• Maintain accurate production and equipment records.
• Follow SOPs, GMP requirements, and safety procedures.
• Support equipment setup, cleaning, and changeover activities.
• Work with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve equipment and production issues.
• Support continuous improvement and process efficiency activities.
