Job summary

Rich’s, also known as Rich Products Corporation, is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead complex, scalable solutions across the Toppings, Creams and Culinary Solutions categories. You will drive capital projects, design and modify equipment, and mentor a global engineering team to deliver on-time, within budget, and with safety and quality at the forefront.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 15+ years in food manufacturing.
• Experience leading technology platforms and front-end engineering.
• Direct experience with liquid processing systems.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead global, cross-functional teams.
• Capital project management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering solutions and capital projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with R&D, QA, Sanitation, Manufacturing and Engineering to set standards.
• Lead process equipment definition and selection with TPM/CI.
• Apply Technical Readiness and Stage-Gate methodologies.
• Interface with Manufacturing Directors and VP of Engineering.
• Mentor junior engineers and drive continuous improvement.
