• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of equipment failures.
• Improve RAM and reliability to meet production goals.
• Develop and maintain equipment schematics, BOMs, calibration plans, and procedures.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Test, and Quality to meet safety and compliance.
• Mentor engineers and manage external vendors as needed.
