The role requires strong experience in electromechanical assemblies, actuators, hydraulics, pneumatics, and production scaling in fast-paced settings.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of manufacturing engineering experience in electromechanical systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Mechatronics or related field.
• Experience with prototype manufacturing in startup/rapid-growth envs.

Responsibilities

• Lead manufacturing engineering for electromechanical subsystems and assemblies.
• Develop and optimize processes, tooling, work instructions, and production flows.
• Collaborate with design to improve manufacturability and reliability.
• Drive root cause investigations and corrective actions for MM manufacturing issues.
• Develop work instructions, quality standards, and inspection methods.
• Support supplier qualification, process validation, and production readiness reviews.
• Lead DFM/DFA reviews and transition new products into manufacturing.
• Support system integration, validation, and troubleshooting activities.
