DSJ Global is partnering with a nutraceutical manufacturer in the greater Greensboro, NC area to hire a Senior Equipment Engineer. You will lead automation, QA, and packaging initiatives, and steward projects from concept to commissioning.

You will collaborate across manufacturing, quality, safety, maintenance, supply chain and leadership to drive excellence and continuous improvement. The role requires a Bachelor's in a relevant engineering discipline and 5+ years in equipment or process

Competenze

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
5+ years of experience in equipment, process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering.
Experience with manufacturing automation, process equipment, and quality inspection technologies.
Knowledge of packaging materials and their impact on equipment performance and efficiency.
Strong mechanical aptitude to optimize equipment performance, productivity and throughput.

Mansioni

Lead development and implementation of production automation and packaging technologies.
Manage engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, safety, maintenance, supply chain, and leadership teams.
Plan resources, budgets, scheduling, and risk assessment for projects.
Manage contractors and equipment implementation across facilities.
Develop SOPs and engineering standards based on project learnings and improvements.
