Job summary
DSJ Global partners with a nutraceutical manufacturer in the Greensboro, NC area to recruit a Senior Equipment Engineer. The role will lead the development and implementation of innovative production automation, quality control, and packaging technologies while managing key engineering projects from concept through commissioning.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical, or related engineering.
- 5+ years in equipment, process, manufacturing, or industrial engineering environments.
- Experience with manufacturing automation, process equipment, and quality inspection technologies.
- Knowledge of packaging materials and their impact on equipment performance and production efficiency.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to optimize equipment performance.
Responsibilities
- Lead development and implementation of production automation and packaging technologies.
- Manage engineering projects from concept through commissioning.
- Coordinate cross-functional efforts across manufacturing, quality, safety, maintenance, and supply chain.
- Develop and execute equipment qualification and validation activities (FAT, SAT, IQ, OQ, PQ).
- Create and maintain SOPs and engineering standards for continuous improvement.
