Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to bridge business needs with technical delivery across Enterprise Performance Management projects. You will shape solution architectures, coordinate junior colleagues, and interact with clients daily, potentially leading client workstreams.

You will translate requirements into actionable architectures, assess the impact of decisions, and contribute to delivery while supporting sales and engagement economics in a hybrid client-service model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with strong analytical skills.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in advisory or consulting.
• Experience translating business challenges into value-add solutions.
• Working knowledge of modern EPM solutions such as Anaplan, Oracle EPM, FCCS, PBCS, EPBCS, ARCS, OneStream or Tagetik.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% for client engagements.
• Excellent written and oral communication and stakeholder management.
