Job summary

Jedox AG is seeking a Senior Project Manager (EPM) to lead end-to-end Jedox EPM project implementations for key accounts in the United States. You will manage cross-functional teams, guide projects from requirements through delivery, and ensure on-time, within-scope outcomes while maintaining strong client relationships.

Ideal candidates hold 5+ years in IT project management with 8+ years in IT consulting, plus knowledge of CPM/EPM, ERP, and BI, and certifications like PRINCE2, PMI or IPMA.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on IT project management experience.
• 8+ years in IT consulting is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree; Master’s beneficial.
• Proven track record delivering CPM/EPM, ERP, BI projects.
• Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMI, IPMA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of Jedox EPM projects for key accounts, ensuring on-time completion.
• Coordinate clients, R&D, and executive stakeholders to foster collaboration across the OneTeam environment.
• Oversee all project phases from requirements gathering to execution and delivery.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with internal standards.
• Organise resources, manage time, budget, and scope to keep projects on track.
• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies for delivery excellence.
• Provide regular status updates to stakeholders and executive management.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback from projects.
