Job summary

Centric Brands is seeking a Senior Manager, IT Applications – FP&A to lead the EPM/FP&A technology ecosystem. You will own strategy, implementation, and continuous improvement for planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial consolidation across the enterprise.

You will work closely with Finance, FP&A, Accounting and Executive leadership to translate business needs into scalable solutions, while managing vendors and driving platform modernization.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive IT experience with at least 5 years in EPM/FP&A leadership.
• Hands-on with at least one modern EPM/FP&A platform in full lifecycle delivery.
• Strong finance process knowledge: planning, forecasting, consolidation, reporting.

Responsibilities

• Own platform strategy and roadmap for EPM/FP&A across planning, budgeting, and consolidation.
• Lead end-to-end implementations, design reviews, and integrations with SAP ERP and data warehouses.
• Partner with Finance leadership and executives to drive modernization and governance.
• Build and mentor a team of analysts and developers; manage risks and delivery.
