Job summary

The Automobile Club of Southern California seeks a Financial Systems Senior Specialist to manage and optimize Oracle Cloud EPM and EPBCS environments, including data integration, rules, calculations, and report building.

You will support MS Access databases tied to personnel and workforce planning, while driving processes to improve data quality and efficiency across finance operations. Strong programming and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7-9 years EMP Cloud Systems Analysis.
• Advanced knowledge of EPM Cloud systems such as EPBCS, PCMCS, EDM, MS Access, or other data warehouse.
• Advanced proficiency in Python, MDX, Calc Scripts or other programming languages.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project).
• Proficient written and verbal communication skills and time management.
• Knowledge of employee compensation and benefits administration preferred.
• 1-3 years hands-on with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP core financial applications favored.

Responsibilities

• Support and maintain Oracle Cloud EPM Finance Systems enabling Finance activities.
• Manage Master Data Management, Financial Data Integration, Rules & Calculations, and Reports.
• Support MS Access databases affecting personnel data and workforce planning using EPM EPBCS modules.
• Develop methods for compiling and analyzing data for reports and special projects.
• Provide technical control and support for Finance systems for financial information processing.
• Maintain EPM Cloud upgrades and manage tickets within policy timelines.
• Provide escalated support for the ACE Service Portal.
• Complete other duties assigned by management.
