Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Epidemiology to lead non-interventional studies and support regulatory submissions across the US & EU.

This role will oversee study design, data gathering, and collaboration with CROs and internal teams. You will develop analysis plans, manage external partners, and present findings at scientific venues, while ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines and PMR/PMC timelines.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in epidemiology or a related discipline.
• At least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, CRO or academia.
• Experience with rare disease studies.
• Project management experience in planning, budgeting, resourcing and executing the operational tasks required to complete a research study.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional processes.
• Experience analyzing secondary data sources (administrative claims and EMR databases).
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• Solid understanding of epidemiology and biostatistics.
• Experience managing multiple projects and reprioritizing work when necessary.
• Capable of working remotely with minimal supervision.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% time.

Responsabilités

• Conduct literature searches to identify epidemiology data across geographies.
• Support regulatory submissions with epidemiology data for PMR/PMC and other regulatory needs.
• Provide top-of-the-funnel data for forecasting and commercial planning.
• Identify US/EU secondary data sources (claims, EMR databases).
• Lead RFPs and SOWs for CROs and data providers for outsourced studies.
• Support a multi-disciplinary non-interventional Phase IV study team for regulatory submissions.
• Develop statistical analysis plans with the project biostatistician.
• Manage external investigators and CROs for outsourced studies.
• Communicate study plans, timelines, budgets, and progress to internal Jazz teams.
• Present research findings at scientific congresses and co-author manuscripts.
