Job summary

GTN Technical Staffing is seeking an Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist for an onsite role in Jackson, MI. The expert will administer Epicor Kinetic, handle security, configuration, performance, upgrades, and provide user support.

You will collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into ERP solutions, drive process improvements, develop BPM/BAQ dashboards and Epicor Functions, and create reports with SSRS/Crystal Reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT, CS, or business.
• 3–5+ years hands-on Epicor Kinetic/Epicor ERP 10 experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, inventory, quality.
• Proficiency with BPM, BAQ, dashboards, and Kinetic Application Studio.
• Strong SQL Server skills: queries, views, stored procedures.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, data migration.
• Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and PM skills.
• Experience with REST API, Epicor Functions, Service Connect, SSRS/Crystal Reports.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, or related Epicor development tech.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary Epicor contact for support and vendor coordination.
• Configure/support Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Job Management modules.
• Lead or support ERP implementations, upgrades, data migrations, and testing.
• Gather requirements, perform gap analysis, and propose ERP improvements.
• Develop customizations using BPM, BAQ, dashboards, and Epicor Functions.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Epicor tools.
• Write SQL queries, views, and procedures for reporting and data management.
• Support integrations with third‑party apps and automate processes.
• Provide end‑user training, documentation, and knowledge resources.
• Partner with leaders to drive system improvements and ERP best practices.

Our Client is seeking an Epicor Kinetic ERP Specialist . This role serves as the primary subject‑matter expert for Epicor Kinetic, responsible for administration, configuration, customization, optimization, user support, and continuous improvement. The Specialist will partner with business and IT teams to translate requirements into effective ERP solutions, improve processes, and drive user adoption.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer Epicor Kinetic, including security, user access, configuration, performance, upgrades, patches, and system health.
• Serve as the primary contact for Epicor support and vendor coordination.
• Configure and support Manufacturing, Finance, Supply Chain, Inventory, Quality, Sales, Purchasing, and Job Management modules.
• Lead or support ERP implementations, upgrades, module rollouts, data migrations, and testing.
• Gather business requirements, conduct gap analysis, and recommend ERP solutions and process improvements.
• Develop customizations using BPM, BAQ, dashboards, Application Studio, Epicor Functions, and REST APIs.
• Develop and maintain reports using SSRS, Crystal Reports, and Epicor reporting tools.
• Write SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting, troubleshooting, and data management.
• Support integrations with third‑party applications and automate business processes.
• Provide end‑user training, technical support, documentation, and knowledge‑base resources.
• Partner with department leaders to identify system improvements, resolve issues, and promote ERP best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5+ years of hands‑on Epicor Kinetic/Epicor ERP 10 experience.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing, finance, supply chain, inventory, and quality processes.
• Proficiency with BPM, BAQ, dashboards, and Kinetic Application Studio.
• Strong SQL Server skills, including queries, views, and stored procedures.
• Experience with ERP implementations, upgrades, testing, and data migration.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and project‑management skills.
• Experience with REST API, Epicor Functions, Service Connect, SSRS/Crystal Reports, and third‑party integrations preferred.
• Knowledge of C#, .NET, or other Epicor development technologies preferred.
• Manufacturing, distribution, or supply chain experience preferred.
• Epicor certification, ITIL, PMP, or related certifications preferred.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
