Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC seeks an experienced healthcare technology leader to provide technical direction for enterprise clinical applications centered on Epic. You will influence architecture, guide upgrades and integrations, and partner with business, clinical, and IT stakeholders to deliver impactful Epic-enabled workflows.

You will lead and mentor technical teams, shape technology roadmaps, and drive improvements in system adoption and operational excellence across the organization.

Qualifications

• Background working with Epic applications in a healthcare environment.
• Experience supporting, configuring, optimizing, or leading initiatives involving clinical, operational, or patient-facing workflows.
• Typically multiple years of progressive IT experience, including leadership within application, clinical systems, infrastructure, or enterprise technology teams.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management, system analysis, solution design, and project delivery.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Responsibilities

• Epic Platform Leadership: serve as a senior technical resource for Epic applications and related healthcare technologies.
• Solution Architecture & Technology Strategy: help define future-state architecture and translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: partner with operational, clinical, and technical teams to solve complex challenges.
• Team Leadership & Knowledge Development: mentor analysts and engineers, promote knowledge sharing, and contribute to standards.
