Job summary

Jorie AI seeks a Senior Epic RCM Solutions Architect to bridge our AI/RCM products with client Epic environments. You will design scalable integration approaches (APIs, HL7, FHIR, RPA) and guide Engineering toward reliable implementations.

Lead technical discovery, translate Epic workflows into concrete requirements, and develop reusable patterns and playbooks for Epic integration. You will partner with Product and Engineering to ensure smooth go-live, testing, and ongoing optimization.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Epic experience with HB/PB workflows.
• Deep expertise in Resolute HB and/or PB.
• Experience with Epic integrations (HL7, APIs/FHIR).
• Ability to lead technical discovery and translate requirements.
• Familiarity with RCM workflows and upstream/downstream.

• Technical Discovery: Lead technical discovery and assess feasibility.
• Product & Engineering Partnership: Translate workflows into technical requirements.
• Operational Impact & Implementation: Support go-live, testing, and stabilization.
• Standards & Reusability: Create reusable documentation and playbooks.
