Responsibilities

• Leads the comprehensive analysis of current state workflows, system functionality, and data; designing, building and optimizing Epic IT solutions with considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches.
• Independently evaluates and resolves highly complex, cross-functional application-related problems and technical issues, acting as a primary technical resource and subject matter expert for assigned Epic modules.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to define business requirements and translate them into effective Epic system designs, developing internal procedures and best practices to ensure quality and adherence to standards.
• Mentors and provides technical guidance to junior analysts, fostering their development and ensuring adherence to standards and best practices.
• Analyzes new Epic functionality and identifies opportunities for strategic enhancements, process improvements, and system optimizations that impact multiple projects and functions.
• Coordinates activities with Epic technical support and other external partners, effectively managing complex issues through resolution.
