Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Services or related field.
• 5 years of experience in IT or an analytical clinical discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication, analytical, teamwork and time-management skills.
• Epic Application Certification required within 6 months.
• Demonstrated understanding of healthcare organizations and operations.

Responsibilities

• Design, build/configuration, testing, validation, and support for Healthcare applications.
• Lead planning, design, development and testing of new applications and enhancements.
• Mentor and coach junior analysts.
• Coordinate complex projects within defined scope and milestones.
• Maintain change records and participate in change control meetings.
• Support end users and ensure timely issue resolution.
• Stay current with industry standards and participate in ongoing education.
