Job summary

Nordic Healthcare Group (NHG) seeks a Senior Consultant to deliver Epic-related consulting services to clients and take ownership of project deliverables. You will mentor client teams, document workflows, and coordinate risk management with project leadership.

Requirements include at least 3 years of Epic experience and one current Epic certification (MyChart, Cadence, Cheers). PMP is strongly preferred for leadership roles; NHG is an equal opportunity employer.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of Epic work experience.
• At least 1 current Epic certification (MyChart, Cadence, Cheers).
• PMP certification strongly preferred for project management/leadership roles.
• Experience mentoring client project teams and guiding project/workflow strategy.

Responsibilities

• Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative services for Nordic clients.
• Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy.
• Track and document risks and issues.
• Analyze and document workflows.
• Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation.
• Lead meetings regarding project status and ongoing work-product coordination.
