Job summary

V-Soft Consulting Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Epic Configuration Analyst to join our premier client team in a remote role. You will lead configuration efforts within Epic modules, shaping compliant, efficient workflows for healthcare programs including Medicare/Medicaid.

The position requires experience in healthcare environments, Utilization Management workflows, and strong data interpretation. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in design sessions, analyze change

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, Medicare, or Medicaid environments.
• 1 or more years of experience supporting Utilization Management workflows.
• Experience analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.

Primary Location: Remote

V-Soft Consulting is currently hiring for a Senior Epic Configuration Analyst for our premier client in Remote.

Education and Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare, Medicare, or Medicaid environments.
• 1 or more years of experience supporting Utilization Management workflows.
• Experience analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret and apply data insights

Knowledge and Skills

• Effective written and verbal communication skills with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams and organizational levels.

Preferred Qualifications

• Epic Tapestry Medical Management Certification; and/or
• Epic Healthy Planet Fundamentals for Health Plans Certification
• Previous experience operating in electronic health records (e.g. Epic, Cerner).
• Experience building digital capabilities.
