Job summary

Jobtailor seeks an experienced Epic Analyst to perform in-depth analysis of Epic workflows, data collection, and technical issues. You will design, test, and maintain Epic solutions and provide tier-2 incident support, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts and end users to develop requirements, create test scripts, modify Epic records, and implement policy-compliant changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of IT or business experience.
• 2 years of Epic-specific experience.
• Epic Optime certification.
• Advanced understanding of the Epic application and workflows.
• Ability to work independently 100% of the time.
• Remote applicants must reside in the United States, with some state exclusions.

Responsibilities

• Perform in-depth analysis of Epic workflows, data collection, and technical issues.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic solutions.
• Provide tier-2 support for application incidents, including 24/7 on-call coverage as required.
• Resolve incidents, maintenance items, upgrades, updates, and projects.
• Collaborate with teams and end users to develop requirements and test cases.
• Create and update test scripts reflecting workflow solutions.
• Modify Epic records and master files to support design changes.
• Implement changes using policy-compliant procedures.
• Create new workflows with subject matter experts and document meeting records.
• Support training by communicating new functionality and system changes.
