The position emphasizes EpicCare system maintenance, releases, and project leadership within a hospital setting. The role requires 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience and EPIC ClinDoc certification on start, with Bachelor's degree.

Responsibilities

Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases, analyzes impact of new releases on workflow.
Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing phases and supports project scoping.
Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
Coordinates vendor demos, site visits and reference calls to assess feasibility and value.
Contributes to team training programs and mentoring activities.
