Job summary
Inova Health System is seeking an EPIC Certified Systems Analyst Sr to join the EPIC ClinDoc team. This full-time role offers regular office hours with the option to work fully remote for eligible states, including FL.
The position involves implementing and maintaining EpicCare systems, completing updates, and leading testing and project scoping to support hospital operations. The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree with at least 3 years of Epic build/implementation experience and EPIC
Qualifications
- 3 years of Epic build and implementation experience.
- EPIC ClinDoc certification required upon start.
Responsibilities
- Implements and maintains EpicCare systems and databases to ensure optimum performance.
- Defines modifications to application software or databases to address system functions or enhancements.
- Facilitates Epic updates, new releases and system enhancements; manages testing and project scoping.
- Manages complex IT projects using the EpicCare solution to meet business needs.
- Conducts system reviews to determine feasibility, cost and usefulness; coordinates vendor demos and site visits.
- Develops and mentors training activities for team members.
