Job summary

Deloitte in Sacramento seeks an experienced EPIC Care Companion Senior Consultant to design and configure care plans, tasks, and reminders for patient populations, with limited travel.

You will collaborate with business partners, demonstrate 5+ years of Epic Care Companion build, and support across design and implementation activities. A bachelor’s degree is required; travel about 10% is expected.

Qualifications

• Active Certification in Epic MyChart or Ambulatory, preferably with Care Companion Badge.
• 5+ years of Epic Care Companion build, implementation and support.
• 5+ years of collaboration with business partners throughout design and implementation activities.
• 5+ years of hands-on Epic build experience, specifically configuring Care Companion.
• 5+ years of experience in application workflows, troubleshooting, testing and support.
• 5+ years analytical problem-solving, communication and project management skills.
• Demonstr demonstrative understanding of technical documentation and change control processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline; or equivalent experience.
• Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
• Ability to travel 10% on average, based on client needs.

Responsibilities

• Design and configure Epic Care Companion care plans, task lists, educational materials, and reminders to specific patient populations (e.g. routine pregnancy, CKD, surgical care journey).
• Configure, build and implement Epic Care Companion care plans.
