Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Lead Epic Application Analyst to join a highly collaborative, remote team supporting critical patient access and revenue cycle initiatives. You will lead Epic strategy, implementation, optimization, and support, partnering with business and IT stakeholders to enhance registration, authorizations, referrals, and workflows.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Epic implementation experience with multiple full Epic deployments.
• Epic certification in Prelude is strongly preferred; Cadence and/or Grand Central recommended.
• Deep functional knowledge of Epic Patient Registration, Insurance Authorizations, Prior Authorization, Referrals and Revenue Cycle Operations.
• Experience leading projects or cross-functional workgroups with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Epic implementation, optimization, and support across Patient Access and Revenue Cycle.
• Serve as SME for Epic Prelude, Cadence, Grand Central and related workflows.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
• Design, build, test, and maintain Epic application solutions across teams.
• Mentor analysts and guide project teams through all execution phases.
• Coordinate upgrades, integrations, testing, and vendor-supported changes.
• Drive automation and innovate future-state workflows with Epic tools.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal IT to resolve issues and optimize performance.
