Responsibilities
- Perform complex build and configuration in Epic Ambulatory and related products
- Lead working sessions with members to resolve advanced integration work orders
- Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on applications across the organization
- Collaborate with other teams to address integration issues and provide training
- Document build specifications, team processes, and complex clinic workflows
Qualifications
- Proven experience in configuring Epic applications, particularly in an ambulatory setting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a remote team environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience mentoring or leading teams in a project or analyst capacity
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows and electronic health record systems
- Certification in Epic applications or related technologies
- Previous experience in a nonprofit healthcare organization
