You will collaborate with clinicians, operations, and IT to implement AI-enabled Epic solutions while balancing innovation with reliability and responsible AI use. The role supports telecommuting from anywhere in the U.S. and requires Epic certifications and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• Active Epic certification or proficiency in Ambulatory and MyChart

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and optimize Epic AI-powered solutions
• Leverage enterprise-approved AI tools to streamline workflows
• Lead the assessment, design, configuration, build, testing, and maintenance of Epic systems
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear functional requirements
• Partner with stakeholders to document current and future-state workflows and optimize system design
• Execute and support system upgrades, adhering to Epic change control and quality standards
• Lead or contribute to Epic-related projects with timelines and risk management
• Provide advanced troubleshooting and end-user support, mentor peers, and maintain Epic certifications
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions using no-code/low-code platforms
• Design, develop, and deploy AI-powered solutions with emphasis on responsible AI use
