Strong client-facing communication and leadership in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

Lead EPC/EPCM capital projects up to $60M TIC from proposal through closeout.
Own scope, schedule, cost, forecasting, and change management.
Develop execution strategies and lead client, contractor, and internal meetings.
Oversee project controls, estimating, and cost performance.
Ensure health, safety, environmental, and client requirements are met.
Support refinery/site locations as required.
