Job summary

ARB, Inc. is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead engineering efforts for EPC power generation and energy storage projects. The role is based at active project sites and acts as the main engineering interface among internal teams, owners, and regulators.

You will supervise document control staff and drive constructability reviews to ensure safe, on‑time execution. You will coordinate design development through commissioning, manage RFIs/submittals, and support change management while

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (ABET‑accredited preferred).
• 5+ years of EPC project experience in power generation, renewables, or energy storage.
• Experience supporting large, complex EPC projects from engineering through construction.
• Experience with document control systems, RFIs, and submittals.
• Willingness to travel regularly to active project sites.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate engineering activities from design through construction and commissioning across multiple sites.
• Ensure deliverables meet contractual requirements, schedule commitments, and client expectations.
• Lead constructability reviews and design optimization discussions for field execution.
• Manage project document control systems (RFIs, submittals, drawings, specs).
• Mentor field engineers and support commissioning activities with complete engineering documentation.
