ARB, Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of large, complex EPC projects in the power generation and oil & gas sectors.

You will own the project from start-up to closeout, with accountability for safety, cost, schedule, quality, and contractual performance, coordinating engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning. You will manage multi-disciplinary teams, interface with owners, subcontractors, vendors, and regulators, drive upfront planning, develop

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• 10-15 years of progressive EPC delivery experience in power or heavy industrial projects.
• Experience managing full lifecycle EPC projects with cost, schedule, safety, quality, and commercial focus.

Responsabilidades

• Be the single point of accountability for overall project execution and client satisfaction.
• Lead upfront planning, execution strategy development, and constructability reviews.
• Own all financial aspects including budgeting, cost forecasting, contingency, and change control.
• Administer EPC contracts and related subcontracts, reviewing changes for impacts.
