Job summary

Inova Fairfax Medical Campus in Falls Church, VA, seeks a Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist for the EP Lab. Day shift, M-F with (4) 10-hour shifts, 7:00am–5:30pm, with sign-on bonus and relocation assistance eligible.

Inova is a national healthcare leader with a strong focus on safety, quality and patient experience. Minimum qualifications include BLS and ACLS on start, RCIS/RTR CV or RN licensure, and experience in interventional labs or critical care.

Qualifications

• Certification requirements include BLS and ACLS at start.
• Eligible/required RCIS or RTR registrations or RN license per hire.
• Associate degree nursing or equivalent cardiovascular/radiology education.
• Experience in Interventional Radiology/Cardiac cath lab or critical care setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides safe, therapeutic care with holistic approach.
• Performs psychosocial/physiologic assessments and documents procedure notes.
• Tailors care planning to individual needs including cultural/ethical factors.
• Ensures efficiency in care delivery and problem solving.

Education

Associate Degree Nursing

Graduate of an accredited school of Cardiovascular Technology or Radiology Technology or equivalent education and experience

BLS Certification

ACLS Certification

RCIS / RTR VI / RTR CV / RTR CI or RN license
