Job summary

A consulting firm is seeking an experienced Subject Matter Expert (SME) to support Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training at Naval Air Station Key West. The SME will coordinate training logistics, draft reports, and guide EOD personnel. The ideal candidate has significant operational experience and strong communication skills. Qualifications

• Minimum 15 years of operational experience in the U.S. Naval Diving Program.
• At least 4 years management-level experience in diving operations.
• Ability to develop and execute mission-aligned training scenarios.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute training area logistics for EOD.
• Draft post-exercise reports within seven business days.
• Track and report EOD training requirements and lessons learned.

Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Knowledge of U.S. Naval Diving Program

Education

Qualified U.S. Navy EOD Technician or First Class Diver

Management-level experience in Expeditionary Diving operations

Tools

AFSAS or similar safety/logging systems
