Job summary

Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a qualified Senior Environmental Senior Site Manager to oversee planning, execution, and completion of environmental remediation projects. This role provides on-site leadership, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary contact for stakeholders.

You will manage schedules, budgets, field staff and contractors, review data and drawings, and promote safety, quality, and continuous improvement across projects in New York.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day on-site operations for environmental remediation projects, including soil, groundwater, and facility cleanups.
• Manage project schedules, budgets, resources, and deliverables to meet targets.
• Ensure strict adherence to environmental, health, and safety standards; conduct site inspections and safety briefings.
• Oversee contractors, field crews, and subcontractors; ensure quality workmanship and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, regulators, and clients to communicate progress and risks.
• Review and interpret environmental data, drawings, reports, and work plans.
• Troubleshoot field issues and develop adaptive management strategies to maintain momentum.
• Maintain accurate daily logs and documentation required for regulatory compliance.
• Support procurement efforts, including vendor evaluations and equipment selections.
• Mentor junior staff and promote accountability and collaboration.

Cape Fox Mountain Point is seeking a qualified Senior Environmental Senior Site Manager. The Senior Environmental Senior Site Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of environmental remediation projects. This role provides strategic on-site leadership, ensures compliance with regulatory requirements, manages contractors and field staff, and serves as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders. The Senior Site Manager ensures all work is performed safely, efficiently, and in alignment with company standards and client expectations.

The salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established at: $110,000 - $120,000.00
