Job summary

Eurofins E&E is seeking a Senior Reliability Test Engineer for the Environmental Simulation Lab in Santa Clara, CA. You will develop test plans, execute climatic, electrical tests, and oversee data analysis and reporting to customers and internal teams in a fast-paced lab.

Responsibilities include maintaining test equipment, ensuring ISO 17025 and other standards compliance, and driving continuous improvement in test procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Materials Science or related field.
• 10+ years of experience in environmental testing, sustaining engineering, or reliability engineering.
• Hands-on experience with climatic, mechanical, and corrosion test equipment.
• Knowledge of data acquisition, test automation, and analysis tools (LabVIEW, MATLAB, Minitab, Python).
• Familiarity with failure analysis, predictive maintenance, and SPC.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute environmental and electrical tests to meet national and international standards.
• Maintain and troubleshoot environmental testing equipment and ensure accurate data collection.
• Analyze test results and prepare engineering reports for customers and internal teams.
• Collaborate with engineers, technicians, and customers to ensure compliant, timely test execution.
• Support regulatory audits and accreditation processes by ensuring test systems meet certification requirements.
