Job summary

Healthcare Services Group, Inc. seeks an Account Manager to lead housekeeping, laundry, and floor care teams in a long‑term care facility. You will coordinate daily operations, train staff, ensure regulatory compliance, and maintain records while representing HCSG in a professional, resident‑focused manner.

You will collaborate with building administrators, monitor safety protocols, and drive a positive customer and resident experience across varying shifts. Residency in service area preferred.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience in healthcare housekeeping and supervision preferred.
• Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise housekeeping, laundry, and floor care staff, ensuring compliance with policies and state/federal requirements.
• Perform and lead teams in light and heavy housekeeping and laundry aide duties across varying shifts.
• Lead staff training, quality control, and in-service sessions; ensure timely completion of projects and programs.
• Maintain records of income, expenditures, supplies, personnel, and equipment using HCSG software.
• Act as liaison between occupants/administrators and HCSG staff; communicate directives effectively.
• Use protective gear and ensure safe use of cleaning solutions and adherence to safety precautions.
• Maintain consistent attendance, punctuality, and timely completion of tasks.
• Represent HCSG positively through courteous interactions with supervisors, staff, residents, and guests.
• All other duties as assigned.
